In simple terms, water neutrality means that new-build commercial and residential properties do not increase overall water demand in the area of development.
Water neutrality can be readily achieved through applied efficiencies such as reusing water and offsetting any demand with savings elsewhere by fixing leaks and enhancing local ecosystems.
What is Seasonal Performance Factor?
Seasonal Performance Factor (SPF) is a key metric for evaluating system performance. It evaluates a system by calculating the total heat outputted to the total electricity inputted, over a year period as the outdoor temperature fluctuates.
It provides an alternative performance measurement other than SCOP, and can play a key role in commercial DHW applications.
