*Before registering your Rinnai heater, please ensure that the heater has been commissioned by a Gas Safe Registered engineer and the Benchmark Commissioning Sheet is completed fully. Failure to do so will void all warranties for Rinnai heaters*
- No Rinnai warranty will cover faults arising from improper installation or gas supply, environmental factors, plumbing fittings, or other outside influences for which Rinnai is not responsible. Service calls for these issues will be chargeable.
- Any domestic appliance that is installed on a commercial system or site will have its parts warranty reduced to 1 year.
- Appliances must be serviced by a qualifies engineer annually.
- Proof of commissioning must be provided with every warranty claim.
