Key:

*For warranty to be valid the Benchmark Commissioning Sheet needs to be fully completed and a copy kept. This may be requested for any warranty claim.

**For parts warranty to be valid the water heater needs to be service at least every 12 months using the correct service procedure and service kit. Service records need to be kept for the duration of the warranty period and may be requested as proof of service in the event of a warranty claim.

***For the period of 12 years to be valid, Rinnai UK must arrange the service with a dedicated service partner for the duration of this period.

 

  • No Rinnai warranty will cover faults arising from improper installation or gas supply, environmental factors, plumbing fittings, or other outside influences for which Rinnai is not responsible. Service calls for these issues will be chargeable.
  • Any domestic appliance that is installed on a commercial system or site will have its parts warranty reduced to 1 year. 
  • Appliances must be serviced by a qualifies engineer annually.
  • Proof of commissioning must be provided with every warranty claim.
